CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte softball team travels to Boca Raton, Fla., seeking their third-consecutive win and third-straight Conference USA series win, facing Florida Atlantic Saturday and Sunday (April 27 – 28).
The 49ers (14-30, 5-12) are coming off of their first C-USA series win over FIU, defeating the Panthers in both games on Saturday (April 20). Weather cancelled the third game of the series.
Katie Manring led the charge for Charlotte against FIU, powering three home runs, including a grand slam, accounting for eight RBI and three hits in the two contests.
