CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte women’s tennis team will hit the courts for the first time in nearly two weeks when it travels to Greenville, South Carolina, for a 3 p.m. Friday match with Furman. The 49ers have not played since Feb. 13 when they squared off against No. 29 South Carolina.
“We are looking forward to competing again Friday at Furman,” head coach Michaela Gorman said. “As a team, we have been working very hard to be ready. We always have great matches with them and I expect this year’s to be the same.
