BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - The Conference USA East Division Champions are scheduled to take on the winner of (6) Louisiana Tech and (7) Marshall at the C-USA Tournament at 8:30 PM ET on Wednesday, May 12 at the WKU Softball Complex. Charlotte comes into the tournament as the No. 3 seed after winning third overall in the conference with a 14-6 C-USA record, just behind (2) UAB and (1) North Texas. The teams participating in the 2021 conference tournament are: Charlotte, Louisiana Tech, Marshall, Middle Tennessee, North Texas, UAB, UTSA and WKU.
Charlotte is set to play in only its sixth Conference USA Tournament in program history, having only made the C-USA tournament in 2000, 2001, 2014, 2015 and 2017 and holding an overall 2-7 record at the tournament.
