CHARLOTTESVILLE – Pinky Chaisilprungruang of Charlotte Women's Golf is getting set to begin play at the NCAA Charlottesville Regional on Monday (May 5) at the Birdwood Golf Course (Par 71, 6,365 yards). Chaisilprungruang is the second player in program history to reach NCAA Regionals as an individual, joining Cecilie Finne-Ipsen (2018-19).
Regionals consist of six regional sites, with each site featuring 12 teams and six individuals. The top five teams (30 teams total) and the low individual not on an advancing team (six individuals total) from each regional site will advance to compete in the national championships to be played May 16-21 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California.
