Charlotte 49ers first year head coach Will Healy enjoyed his first Conference USA Football Kickoff, Wednesday and Thursday, July 17-18 in Frisco, Texas. Healy was joined by senior standouts Alex Highsmith and Benny LeMay for the league's annual Media Day activities.
C-USA Kickoff consisted of a coaches meeting, Wednesday night, for each of the league's head coaches followed by a reception with league officials, sponsors and bowl and broadcast partners. The student-athletes, meanwhile, were given a tour of the Dallas Cowboys facilities before a heading out for an evening of bowling and arcade games.
