OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - Senior midfielder Brandt Bronico of the Charlotte men's soccer team has been named one of 10 finalists in the nation for the 2016 Senior CLASS award, the organization announced Wednesday afternoon.
To be eligible for the award, a student-athlete must be classified as an NCAA Division I senior and have notable achievements in four areas of excellence: community, classroom, character and competition.
Bronico has played an integral role in helping the 49ers reach the NCAA Tournament for three straight seasons as well as being nationally-ranked for the majority of the last four years and has been named first-team All-Conference USA and NSCAA All-Southeast Region in each of the last two seasons.
