CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte baseball will look to carry momentum over from Tuesday night's win over #14 Tennessee into a weekend series showdown at #9/#14 East Carolina beginning Friday night. Friday's action begins at 6:30 p.m. followed by 4:00 p.m. Saturday and the finale at 1:00 p.m. Sunday.
"The state of North Carolina is a hotbed for college baseball," remarked Head Coach Robert Woodard. "Our matchup this weekend is a great example of this. It's calling for warm weather and should be a tremendous weekend of baseball in Greenville."

Charlotte (8-3) picked up their biggest win of the season on March 9th by shutting out #14 Tennessee 9-0 inside Hayes Stadium.
