CHARLOTTE, N.C. – For the first time in nearly a year, the Charlotte baseball program will take to the diamond hosting Morehead State for a three-game series beginning Friday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. inside Hayes Stadium. The two teams will finish off the weekend at 3:00 p.m. Saturday and 1:00 p.m. Sunday. A 56-game schedule is on tap featuring 32 games inside C-USA as well as contests against Tennessee, East Carolina, Wake Forest and North Carolina. Due to the current Mecklenburg County Public Health directive, fans will not be permitted to attend any games this weekend.
"Everybody has been working tirelessly to train, prepare, make a lot of tough choices and have a lot of discipline to execute the protocols in place to get this far," began Head Coach Robert Woodard.
