CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte baseball will get to open up a brand new multi-million dollar minor league baseball stadium on Tuesday night when they host App. State at Atrium Health Ballpark in downtown Kannapolis. First pitch is set for 6:00 p.m.
"We've got a fresh week coming up here with a really good Appalachian State team and then we start conference play this coming weekend," started Head Coach Robert Woodard. "I'm excited for our guys to play in the first-ever game at Atrium Health Ballpark. The Kannapolis Cannon Ballers have done a lot of work behind the scenes to host us.
