CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A three-run top of the sixth help propel North Carolina A&T to a 9-7 victory over Charlotte in non-conference baseball action on Wednesday night.
“We made it way too easy for them to score and far too many poor at-bats,” remarked Head Coach Loren Hibbs. “A&T played with a lot of energy tonight and we’re just really immature at times. We have to learn from this and get better.”
North Carolina A&T (9-26) got on the board in the first using a two-run homer to right-center by Ryan Jantsch. Timothy Ravare set the table for Jantsch leading off the game with his double to left-center three pitches in.
