CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Saturday's ballgame at Hayes Stadium featured just over a four-hour delay due to weather before Middle Tennessee held on for a 3-2 victory in C-USA play. The Blue Raiders even up the three-game set with the rubber game set for Sunday afternoon.
"It was the right thing to do waiting things out today," began Head Coach . "The goal is to always get three games in. We hit some balls hard at them early in the game and that happens. We just didn't make the adjustments when needed to in order to score some more runs.
