CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Ashley Fowler becomes the second commit for the Charlotte 49ers women's golf program and first of three international recruits to join the Niners. Fowler joins Siarra Stout who was the first commit to the new program.
"We are so excited to welcome Ashley to Charlotte," commented Clark. "She brings great international experience and will have an immediate impact on our team next fall."
Fowler, coming from Heidelberg in Germany, earned team titles with a pair of State Championships in 2016, one with the women's team, one with the U18 squad, after taking championships in 2014 and 2015.
