CHARLOTTE, N.C. – For their top-10 finishes at the Jerry Pate National Intercollegiate, men's golfers Connor Armistead and Marc Boucher have been named co-golfers of the week announced by Conference USA on Wednesday afternoon.
"What a great honor for Connor and Marc," remarked Head Coach Ryan Cabbage. "They were both very solid throughout the tournament. Hopefully, this will be two of many players of the week for our team as we move throughout the course of the season. I'm excited to see who will be next."
Armistead posted his first top-10 finish of the year tying for sixth with three consistent rounds of 70-70-69, all three career-best scores along with his career best finish in a tournament.
