GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The Charlotte 49ers (3-2) dropped their game against the No. 6 Florida Gators (6-0), 5-2, on Saturday at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium to split the day at the Bubly Invitational.
Bailey Vannoy went 2-for-3 with a run scored, while Spenser Gray was 1-for-3 with a double and an RBI. Imani Rochelle also had an RBI after going 1-for-2 with a run scored. Madelyn Wright pitched six innings of relief, holding the Gators to only three hits.
