Charlotte, N.C. – A late game-tying goal by and a golden goal by gave the 17th-ranked Charlotte 49ers (3-0) a dramatic 2-1 come-from-behind double overtime win over 12th-ranked Coastal Carolina (2-1) at Transamerica Field.

In the 44th minute, Coastal Carolina took a 1-0 lead after a goal by Danny Cabrera off an assist by DZ Harmon.
In the 86th minute, Chaouche took a corner kick from the right side of the field. He sent the ball to just inside the box. Nugent headed the ball to Popp who was just inside the six-yard box.
