Charlotte, N.C. - The 17th-ranked Charlotte 49ers (11-3-4) have earned an at-large bid in the 2019 NCAA Tournament. Charlotte plays Southern Conference Champion Mercer (14-6-0) at Transamerica Field in the first round of the NCAA Tournament this Thursday, November 21 at 7 p.m.

I think everyone in the program woke up this morning feeling sorry for ourselves after yesterday's double overtime game, we played so well and pushed so hard, we just were on the wrong end of lady luck yesterday. But the perfect way to get over that is to see the NCAA Tournament selection show and we're just really excited for Thursday when we get to host Mercer.
