Charlotte, N.C. - Charlotte 49ers head men's basketball coach Mark Price has announced the hiring of Ivo Simovic as assistant basketball coach. Simovic brings a wealth of international basketball experience to the 49ers staff.
"We are really excited to add Ivo to our coaching staff," Price said. "He brings a lot of years of coaching experience in Europe as a head coach to our program. He has great contacts and is well respected in Europe as a player development coach as well as a recruiter. He will add a piece to our puzzle here at Charlotte and helps us expand our recruiting base.
