Charlotte, N.C. – Behind three double-figure scorers and a 15-0 run halfway through the first half, the Charlotte 49ers led most of the game until a late Georgia run secured the victory for the Bulldogs in tonight's benefit exhibition game. The proceeds from tonight's game are going to the April 30th Remembrance Fund.
Jordan Shepherd led the 49ers with 16 points while dishing out five assists. Jahmir Young scored 14 points and grabbed seven rebounds with three steals and three assists. Cooper Robb scored 10 points off the bench.
