DALLAS, Texas – Charlotte men's golf posted a two-over 570 through 36 holes to sit sixth at the Royal Oaks Intercollegiate on Monday. The 49ers are currently ranked #40 in the men's team rankings by Golfstat.
ROUND ONE RESULTS
John Gough led the way in round one for the Niners with a two-under 69 followed by a pair of even par 71's from Dongjin Park and Carson Ownbey. Gough converted five birdies in his round and shot two-under despite a tough 14th while Park drained an eagle three on the par five 18th to card his 71.
