Charlotte, N.C. – Behind a goal by and a solid all-around team performance, the 17-ranked Charlotte 49ers (9-2-4, C-USA: 4-0-3) blanked the Old Dominion Monarchs (3-9-1, C-USA: 1-4-1), 1-0, to finish the Conference USA regular-season undefeated in league play.

The 49ers had been knocking on the door from the opening kickoff. In the 11 minute, from the right side of the box passed to at the top of the box. Brito passed to Pellerin who was making a run down the left side of the box. Pellerin put the ball into the lower left corner of the goal.
