MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – At this point, Central Michigan is wrestling for second place.
But, in the grand scheme of things, the Chippewas have their sights set on something much bigger.
CMU goes to Kent State on Sunday for a double-dual with the Golden Flashes and Edinboro. The Chippewas, who are ranked 20th, and Kent State, which is ranked 17th, will clash at 1 p.m. in a Mid-American Conference dual. CMU will then meet Edinboro in a non-leaguer.
CMU is 8-4 overall in duals, 5-1 in the MAC; The Golden Flashes are 13-3, 6-1.
