Women's basketball takes on Purdue with win streak on the line

It's been over a week since the Central Michigan women's basketball team has played a road game, but that will change as the team takes on Purdue at 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

The Chippewas are on a five-game winning streak dating back to Nov. 22 when they defeated the Oakland Golden Grizzlies 70-67 in double overtime.

The Purdue Boilermakers are 5-4, but have won four of their last five games.

"It's our defense, and it's always come down to that — defense and rebounding," said Head Coach Sue Guevara.
