Women's basketball looks for road win in last non-conference game

Following a solid resume-building win against Big Ten Conference opponent Illinois, the Central Michigan women's basketball team will return to action Wednesday night to take on Middle Tennessee State and wrap up the non-conference portion of the 2016-17 season.

After the impressive 82-51 win against the Illini on Monday Dec. 19, CMU (8-3) has now won seven of their last eight games. During that stretch, the Chippewas were averaging just under 76 points per game and holding their opponents to under 59 points per game.
