MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Central Michigan volleyball opens a new era on Friday when the Chippewas start the season at the IUPUI Hampton Inn Invitational.
It marks the first game for CMU under rookie coach Mike Gawlik, who was named the Chippewas’ coach in January after spending 11 seasons as an assistant at Michigan State.
“I couldn’t be more excited about this, being a part of this program and where we’re going,” Gawlik said.
