CLINTON, Ohio – The Central Michigan golf team will play its second-to-last event of the fall season on Monday and Tuesday when it partakes in the 4th annual Toledo Rocket Classic on the shores of Lake Erie at Catawba Island Club.
The 54-hole event comprises 36 holes on Monday, 18 on Tuesday.
CMU finished seventh last week in the 10-team Western Michigan KZoo Classic on The Moors in Portage. The Chippewas shot 969 in the event.
They played the third and final round of the event without Holly Hines, who withdrew because of injury after shooting 78-77 in the first two rounds.
