MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Central Michigan closes the spring season this weekend at the Mid-American Conference Women’s Golf Championship at Purgatory Golf Club in Noblesville, Ind.
The Chippewas played Purgatory in October at the MAC Fall Preview.
“They moved a couple tee boxes but for the most part it’s pretty close to the same,” CMU coach Cheryl Stacy said. “It always helps to see the golf course.”
CMU finished 12th with a 972 team score last fall at Purgatory. The Chippewas have not played a competitive round since the Panther Intercollegiate in Stockbridge, Ga.
