STOCKBRIDGE, Ga. – The Central Michigan women’s golf team will begin play Sunday in the 23rd annual John Kirk Panther Collegiate, hosted by Georgia State.
The three-day, 54-hole stroke play event is scheduled for Eagle’s Landing Country Club.
Scheduled to join the Chippewas and the host Panthers are Appalachian State, Brown, Cal State Fullerton, Eastern Kentucky, Elon, Florida Gulf Coast, Illinois State, South Alabama, Alabama-Birmingham, Louisiana-Monroe, Western Carolina, Western Kentucky and Western Michigan.
The Chippewas are coming off a 19th-place finish last weekend at the Citrus Challenge in Sorrento, Fla.
