Having won five-straight games and seven of their last eight, the Chippewas are 14-7 overall with an 8-2 mark in the Mid-American Conference and are pacing the MAC West division.
CMU will entertain Bowling Green (8-10, 4-5) in a league game at McGuirk Arena on Saturday at 1 p.m.
The wins have come in all shapes and sizes, including two by double-digits over Miami (Ohio) and one over Akron.
