The Central Michigan women’s basketball team is scheduled to play host to Vanderbilt on Tuesday (7 p.m.).
It is CMU’s second-consecutive game against an opponent from a Power-5 conference. The Commodores plays in the Southeastern Conference.
The Chippewas are 0-1 after dropping their season opener, 79-69, to Purdue at McGuirk Arena on Friday. The Boilermakers play in the Big Ten.
MILESTONE
CMU’s Presley Hudson scored 21 points against the Boilermakers, surpassing 1,000 points for her career and joining 28 other Chippewas to accomplish the feat. Hudson, a junior guard, enters Tuesday’s game with 1,017 career points.
