SETTING THE SCENE
The Central Michigan track & field team will participate on Friday and Saturday at the North Carolina State Raleigh Relays. The event begins at 9 a.m. on Friday and at 10 a.m. on Saturday at North Carolina State’s Paul Derr Track Facility in Raleigh, N.C.
THE CHIPPEWAS
Thirty-eight CMU track and field athletes will make the 12 ½-hour bus trip to North Carolina State, where they will get a good look at some of the nation’s top talent as well as several fellow Mid-American Conference members.
THE FIELD
Joining the host Wolfpack and CMU are athletes from Boston College, Duke, Florida State, Louisville, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest.
