MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – This weekend, Central Michigan cross country will make the second of what it hopes is three trips to E. P. Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Ky.
The adidas Pre-National Invitational is the occasion this time, which serves as a measuring stick for schools around the country in advance of their respective conference championships and NCAA regionals.
The meet is Saturday. The men are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m., the women at 10:45.
The biggest meet for the Chippewas this season came two weeks ago.
