If his Central Michigan men’s basketball team weren’t so experienced, hadn’t won a the regular-season Mid-American Conference championship a year ago, has shown signs of how good it can be, and the MAC wasn’t so balanced.

In short, there is no panic despite the fact that CMU has started 2-3 in MAC play. The Chippewas, 9-9 overall, play host to Ohio (11-6, 2-3) Saturday at 4:30 p.m. at McGuirk Arena. The Chippewas are 8-1 at home this season.
