M. Basketball. Men's Basketball Adds 6-6 Forward To Recruiting Class

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Central Michigan men’s basketball coach Keno Davis has announced the signing of Cecil Williams, a 6-foot-6, 210-pound small forward from Columbia, Mo.

Williams played previously at Moberly Area (Mo.) Community College, will be eligible to play for CMU in the 2016-17 season. He has two seasons of eligibility remaining.

Williams averaged 7.8 points and 5.6 rebounds per game last season in helping Moberly to a 25-11 finish and a berth in the NJCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen. He averaged 13.5 points and 7 rebounds during the tournament as the Greyhounds won district and regional championships.
