MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – The Central Michigan men’s basketball team will make the Mid-American Conference Tournament.
All 12 teams in the league, in fact, do, and that’s one of the few certainties as the regular season enters its final week.
Who CMU’s first opponent will be, where the Chippewas will be seeded, and whether or not they earn a first-round bye will play out in a three-game stretch that begins Saturday at Toledo (7 p.m.) and ends next Friday at McGuirk Arena against Western Michigan.
In between, the Chippewas will play Ball State on Tuesday in Muncie, Ind.
