JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Two program records, and a much-improved overall performance.
Jami Laude fired a 1-under-par 71 to lead the Central Michigan golf team on Monday during the opening day of the North Florida Collegiate at Jacksonville Golf and Country Club.
Laude's 71, which came in the second round, broke the previous program best 72, a mark that Laude shared with teammate Danielle Sawyer.
Laude, a freshman, posted a 2-over 74 in Monday's opening round, during which she made four birdies, four bogeys and one double bogey.
