MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. -- The Central Michigan lacrosse team begins its fall exhibition season on Saturday with a play day at Detroit Mercy. It is the first of three play days – and five competition days overall – on the Chippewas’ fall slate.
CMU is scheduled to play host to Indianapolis on Sunday, Sept. 24 (2 p.m.), and will host its own play day on Sunday, Oct. 15.
“Our fall schedule provides a great balance of quality minutes and great opponents,” CMU coach Sara Tisdale said. “With many rule changes for the ’17-18 season, the time spent on the field during our fall games will be critical to our team’s spring success.
