Hudson ties school record, CMU bumps winning streak to 3

San Luis Obispo, Calif. - Central Michigan University sophomore point guard Presley Hudson tied the single-game school record with 12 assists Saturday as the Chippewas topped North Dakota State 77-55 at the Cal Poly Invite.

With the win the Chippewas improve to 4-2 on the season.

Hudson tied Brandie Baker, who had 12 assists in a game against North Carolina A&T on Nov. 12, 2010, for the most assists in a single game.

CMU took a 35-25 lead into the half and then sealed it by winning the third quarter 27-16.

Tinara Moore led the way with 20 points an d 11 rebounds while Reyna Frost added in 18 points and 15 rebounds.
