ALMA, Mich. — Central Michigan track and field was spilt up for a pair of meets this weekend, and they made their presence known in both locations.
Ten Chippewa distance runners trekked to the campus of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Va., to compete on Friday in the Colonial Relays.
A runner-up and two fourth-place finishes highlighted the trip to the commonwealth.
CMU’s Megan O’Neil took second place out of 40 participants in the women’s 3,000-meter steeplechase. The junior from Stanwood, Mich. came across the line in 10:31.
