The Central Michigan gymnastics team will take on long-time rival Kent State Sunday in a contest of Mid-American Conference elites.
“This is always a showdown meet and it's not quite the showdown that it’s been in the past,” said head coach Jerry Reighard, “Neither team has faced each other with two conference losses and for both of us to have two conference losses is a first.”
Despite the two teams struggles Reighard said he does not think that will take away from the importance of the meet.
