Since the start of the indoor track season, head coach Mark Guthrie cited this weekend’s Meyo Invitational hosted by Notre Dame as “when it will all come together.”
The meet will begin Friday at 3 p.m. and continue Saturday morning at 10 a.m.
“This is when we’ll find out if we’re pretenders or the real deal,” Guthrie said.
The team will only be taking about 35 athletes on the road to South Bend, as the invitational has higher standards than previous meets.
