MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Central Michigan’s Reyna Frost was named to the Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan Academic-Athletic Team for the 2016-17 season.
Frost, a 6-foot sophomore forward from Reese, averaged 11.3 rebounds per game, which led the Mid-American Conference and ranked sixth in the nation. She also averaged 9.4 points per game, was named to the All-MAC Third Team, and earned Academic All-MAC honors.
Frost carries a 3.89 grade point average while majoring in Physics/Astronomy. She helped lead CMU to its first MAC regular-season title since 1985.
The BCAM Academic-Athletic Team comprises five student-athletes representing universities and colleges in the state of Michigan.
