MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Former Central Michigan star Chris Fowler has signed with the Baunach Young Pikes in Germany.
The team plays in Pro A, the second division of professional basketball in Germany. He signed in late July and was scheduled to leave for Germany today, Saturday.
“I’m just looking to play well and keep improving and keep moving up the (professional) ladder,” said Fowler, who earned his bachelor of arts degree from CMU in 2016.
A 6-foot-1 guard, Fowler earned myriad individual awards and honors at CMU as he led the program’s resurgence under coach Keno Davis.
