MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Central Michigan’s Cooper Rush is one of 43 quarterbacks named to the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award Watch List.
Rush, a senior from Charlotte, is one of four signal-callers from a Mid-American Conference school on the list. The award goes to college football’s top quarterback based on character, citizenship, scholastic achievement, leadership and athletic accomplishments.
Zach Terrell of Western Michigan, Thomas Woodson of Akron, and Drew Hare of Northern Illinois are the other MAC representatives.
