The Central Michigan field hockey team failed to produce offensive chances against Vermont as the team dropped their third straight game by a score of 3-0.
"Vermont came out and played really well," head coach Molly Pelowski said. "They pressed really well and we folded under pressure."
The Chippewas would fail to register a single shot in the first half as Vermont quickly got out to a 3-0 lead. Vermont tallied three goals on twelve shots in the first half.
"They played really well on defense and pressed us and kept us from getting a shot off in the first half," Pelowski said.
