LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Despite holding a 2-1 advantage for the majority of the second half, the Central Michigan field hockey team dropped a 3-2 overtime decision to Lock Haven on Sunday.

The Chippewas slipped to 0-2 on the season and will look to pick up their first win on Friday (3 p.m.) as they face Vermont (1-1) at Michigan State.

“We saw a lot of good things happen this weekend,” CMU coach Molly Pelowski said. “I thought our defense is doing very well, so we’ll continue to work on our team defense and offense.
