Being half bad is not half good and vice versa.
Throughout the course of the first three games of the 2017 regular season the Central Michigan University football team has had its share of good and bad.
In week one the Chippewas raced up and down the field en route to a 13-0 halftime lead and 21-7 fourth-quarter advantage over visiting Rhode Island. Problem was they didn’t finish the game too strong as the visitors posted the final 14 points in regulation for force overtime. In the end CMU won 30-27 in triple OT.
In week two the Chippewas put together a complete game at Kansas as quarterback Shane Morris threw for 476 yards and five touchdowns in a 45-27 victory.
