MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Central Michigan tight end Tyler Conklin has accepted an invitation to play in the Reese’s Senior Bowl, which is scheduled for Jan. 27 in Mobile, Ala.

The game, which is considered among the most prestigious of the college all-star games, annually attracts some of the nation’s best graduating seniors going head to head in a showcase played out before fans and NFL scouts at Ladd-Peebles Stadium.

Conklin is the eighth player in CMU history and the first Chippewa since Eric Fisher in 2013 to accept an invitation to play in the game.
