PHOENIX – Central Michigan’s Bria Colosky closed with a 5-over 77 on Sunday to finish at 229 and among a group tied for 18th place in the Grand Canyon Women’s Spring Invitational.
Colosky, a sophomore, posted back-to-back 76’s in Saturday’s first two rounds. Her 54 holes included three birdies and three double bogeys. Everything else was a par or bogey.
“Bria played really well, steady golf,” CMU coach Cheryl Stacy said. “She had a lot of good holes.”
The Chippewas posted a 322 team total on Sunday and finished the 54-hole event at 963.
