GAME PREVIEW
• Central Michigan (14-4, 6-0 MAC) goes to Buffalo (13-4, 3-3) on Saturday for a Mid-American Conference game (noon tipoff).
• The Chippewas lead the MAC West and are the lone remaining unbeaten team in the conference. They are ranked 19th in the CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Top 25. Only East-leading Ohio (12-4) is ranked higher, 10th, among MAC teams.
• The last meeting was on Jan. 7, 2017 when the Chippewas posted a 88-71 victory over the Bulls in Mount Pleasant.
• Buffalo defeated the Chippewas, 73-71, in overtime in the MAC Tournament championship game last March.
