MUNCIE, Ind. – The Central Michigan women’s soccer team dropped a 1-0 Mid-American Conference decision to Ball State on Sunday at the BSU Soccer Field.
The Chippewas slipped to 6-7-3, 1-5-2 MAC. They finished the weekend with two losses, beginning with their 2-1 overtime loss to Miami (Ohio) on Friday. Ball State is 8-6-2, 6-1-1 MAC.
A high-pressure Ball State finished with 13 shots to CMU’s four. The Cardinals finished with an 11-2 edge in corner kicks.
